The Corporate Share Plan is a subscription service where all share members can receive special benefits, and you can choose a monthly fee based on the number of users.

Discounts will be applied to your bill when using eligible spots.
Discount rates vary depending on the spot.

Using spots at the special Corporate Shared Plan price

STEP1 Scan the QR code with the app and check in
Select "Check-in" on the app. Tap the Check-in button, scan the QR code, and select your plan. Tap the "Check-in" button on the check-in screen.

STEP2 Select a plan
Tap "Use with Corporate Shared Plan" and select the plan you would like to use.

STEP3 Check out
Tap the "Check-out button" to scan the QR code and exit.

STEP4 Statement of Usage
The discount rate for the Corporate Shared Plan will be reflected on your statement.
Benefit 2:
Credit Card Registration Promotion
50% Discount on Spot Usage Fees (First 30 Days)
50% discount on usage for 30 days after credit card registration.
*Not applicable in combination with monthly packages.
Benefit 3:
Use of a telework booth at ACCEA CAFÉ at no additional charge
ACCEA CAFÉ telework booths (for 1 or 2 people) and meeting rooms (for 4, 6, or 8 people) are available by reservation only.
Reservation fees will be charged when you make a reservation on the BizSPOT app. For Corporate Share Plan customers, the reservation fee will be offset against the coworking space usage fee, so you can still use the space at no additional charge. (Some reservation fees may apply in some cases.)

How to use
Scan the QR code of the product you wish to purchase with BizSPOT and make your payment.
If you are on a corporate Shared Plan, the cart will automatically be filled with the 20% off amount.

Tap "Scan QR Code to Shop.

Scan the QR code of the item you wish to purchase.
The product will be added to your cart at the price of 20% off. -

Please take out the product.

Check your cart and tap "Pay with BizSPOT Pay.
*If you wish to continue shopping, tap "Scan QR code for another item" to scan the QR code, and then remove the item.
*To change the credit card, tap "Change Credit Card". -

Confirm the details and tap "Finalize Payment.
Benefit 5: 50% OFF Self-Service Copying at ACCEA Stores
You can use the self-copy service at half price at any number of ACCEA stores nationwide.
*Cannot be used in conjunction with other self-copy campaigns or coupons.
How to use the self-copy coupon
Present the My Page > Settings > Corporate Shared Plan screen on the app at checkout.
Discounts will be applied to your bill depending on your membership type.

Tap "Settings" > "Corporate Shared Plan".

Please present your "Usage Status" of the Corporate Shared Plan.
Special discount of 50% for self-copying will be applied. -
Share members can also receive the benefit by presenting the "Usage Status" of the Corporate Shared Plan.

5% OFF All ACCEA Services
Only at stores with an ACCEA CAFÉ, 5% off all ACCEA services when ordering in-store and paying with BizSPOT Pay.
5% off all accessory services.
*Excluding postcards, stamps, postage, and self-copying.
How to use
Present the My Page > Settings > Corporate Shared Plan screen on the app at checkout.
We will inform you of the amount of 5% off at the store, and ask you to pay with BizSPOT Pay.

Please present the Corporate Shared Plan screen to our staff.

Check-in > Tap "Shopping".

Scan the store's QR code.

You will be told the amount of 5% off, enter that amount and make payment. Select your credit card and tap "Next.

Confirm the amount and tap "Pay.
*Please note that for BizSPOT Pay settlement, the minimum amount is 50 yen (including tax); even if the amount is less than 50 yen (including tax), the minimum fee will be charged. -

Payment is completed.
How to Apply for Corporate Shared Plan

Tap "Corporate Shared Plan" on the check-in screen of the application or in the settings.

Confirm the details and tap "Apply for Corporate Shared Plan".

Confirm the payment method and tap the "Apply" button.

STEP4
Registration is complete.
A share number will be issued, please inform your members of the number.
If you are an individual, please use Premium Membership!
How to Register as a Corporate Shared Plan Member

Tap "Corporate Shared Plan" on the check-in screen of the application or in the settings.

STEP2
Tap "Register Share Number".

STEP3
Enter your share number and tap "Register".

STEP4
Enter the share number and tap "Register".
For the parent member, please go to Corporate Shared Plan > Manage Participants and approve the member.
How to cancel the Corporate Shared Plan

STEP1
Tap "Corporate Shared Plan" on the check-in screen of the application or in the various settings.

STEP2
Tap "Confirm Details, Change Plan, Cancel".

STEP3
Tap "Cancel". Confirm the details on the next screen and tap "Cancel".

STEP4
Cancellation has been completed. There will be no next renewal. If you wish to apply again, you can do so on this screen.
* You will be able to use various benefits within the expiration date even if you do not renew next time.
