Telework Booths (for 1 or 2 people) and meeting rooms (for 4, 6, or 8 people) are available by reservation only.
If you have a specific schedule, such as a web conference, you can be sure to get a private room.

Premium Members and Corporate Share Plan customers save money!

A "reservation fee" is charged when you reserve a Telework Booth or meeting room.
Premium members and Corporate Share Plan customers can apply the reservation fee to the coworking space usage fee,
so there is virtually no additional charge. (Some reservation fees may apply.)
The first month of Premium Membership is free, so please feel free to sign up and use a private room.

*(1) If there is a check-in use of the reserved store within the reserved time, it will be offset.

*(5) Free usage time will be consumed even if the reservation was made but not used.

How to make a reservation

    BizSPOT App > My Page > Reservation My Page Or, tap “Make a reservation” on each spot's detail page.

    Tap the spot you would like to reserve. Select the date, store, and time of use.

    Tap the “Reserve” button. Confirm the details and confirm the reservation.

    Reservation confirmed. You can check the current reservation status on My Reservation page.
    *Reservation fees will be charged to the registered credit card upon confirmation of the reservation.

    Please check in at the restaurant you reserved and use the private room at the reserved time.

    Check-out. Premium members and corporate share plan customers will be settled by offsetting the reservation fee (private rooms can be used at virtually no additional charge).

Extend a reservation

    Add the extension time.
    *If there is no other reservation after the one you made, you can extend it.

Reschedule a reservation

Cancel a reservation

Payment The registered credit card will be charged upon confirmation of your reservation. *No refunds will be given for cancellations or non-use.
Cancel Cancellation is free until the last moment, but the reservation fee is non-refundable. *No refunds after cancellation.
Modify Reservation Up to 2 times allowed *Changes apply to the same store, same seat, and same usage time.
Extended Usage Time During your session, you can extend your usage time on the My page. From 55 yen for 15 min. *Depending on seat type and store. *Customers with Premium Membership or Corporate Share Plan will receive an offset against the coworking space fee if they use the reserved store for check-in during the reserved time.
Booth Reservation 1 person: 55 yen / 15 min 2 people: 66 yen / 15 min *There is no offsetting of the reservation fee.
