BizSPOT App Privacy Policy
ACCEA Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in all services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") related to the application BizSPOT provided by our company.
Article 1 (Privacy Information)

The term "personal information" referred to in this Privacy Policy shall mean information about a living individual as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act, and includes information that can identify a specific individual, such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and any other descriptions contained in such information.

2. The term "historical information and characteristic information" referred to in this Privacy Policy shall mean information other than the "personal information" defined above. It includes the history of services used, products purchased, pages and advertisements viewed, chat contents, search keywords used by BizSPOT members, date and time of use, methods of use, usage environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, IP address of BizSPOT members, cookie information, location information, device identifiers, and other similar information. However, in the event that the Company receives a request for information disclosure from law enforcement agencies, information may be provided to such agencies, and in cases where the Company deems it necessary to properly manage BizSPOT, its employees may access and review the contents of the chats.
Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Privacy Information)

1. The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, driver's license number, etc. when BizSPOT members register for membership. Additionally, the Company may collect transaction records, including personal information of BizSPOT members, and information related to payments from our partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors, hereinafter referred to as "partners").

Our company collects historical and characteristic information, including but not limited to the services and software used, purchased products, viewed pages and advertisements, searched keywords, usage dates and times, methods of use, usage environment (including communication status of the device when used through mobile devices, various configuration information set for usage, etc.), IP addresses, cookie information, location information, and device identifiers, regarding BizSPOT members when they use our company's services or browse pages of our company or affiliated services.

3. The Company may ask for personal information such as company name, contact person's name, telephone number, email address, and other relevant details when making inquiries or submitting registration applications related to BizSPOT member stores.
Article 3 (Purposes of Collecting and Using Personal Information)
The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

(1) For the purpose of displaying registration information such as name, address, contact information, payment method, etc., services used and products purchased, and their prices, in order to allow BizSPOT members to view and modify their registration information and view their usage status.

(2) The purpose of using contact information such as name and address is to communicate with BizSPOT members for sending notifications or contacting them when necessary, such as for sending products or providing necessary updates. This may include using email addresses for communication purposes.

(3) The purpose is to verify the identity of BizSPOT members.

(4) The purpose is to utilize information such as the name and quantity of purchased products, the type, duration, and frequency of services used, billing amount, as well as payment-related information including name, address, bank account number, and credit card number, in order to invoice BizSPOT members for payment.

(5) For the purpose of displaying the information registered with the Company on the input screen to enable BizSPOT members to input data easily, or transferring the information to other services, etc. (including those provided by partner companies) based on the instructions of BizSPOT members.

(6) The purpose is to refuse the usage of BizSPOT members who violate the terms of service, such as delaying payment or causing damages to third parties, or who attempt to use the service for fraudulent or improper purposes. This is done by utilizing information, such as usage patterns and personally identifiable information such as name and address, to identify individuals.

(7) To respond to inquiries from BizSPOT members, to use information necessary for the Company to provide services to BizSPOT members, such as the content of inquiries and billing information, and to use BizSPOT members' service usage status and contact information.

(8) The purpose is to utilize information necessary for handling inquiries related to BizSPOT member stores, including information regarding inquiries and registration applications, as well as contact information, in order to respond to inquiries regarding BizSPOT member stores.

(9) Ancillary and related purposes to the above-mentioned purposes.
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, a third party shall not be deemed to be a third party in any of the following cases
- ① In the event that we entrust all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- ② In the event that personal information is provided due to a merger or other reasons for business succession
- ③ In cases where personal information is jointly used among specific individuals, provided that the purpose of joint usage, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of the entities involved in the joint usage, the purposes of their usage, and the name or title of the responsible party in charge of managing such personal information are notified to the individual in advance, or are readily accessible to the individual.
- (4) When it is necessary to cooperate with a national agency, local government, or a person entrusted by them in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual may hinder the performance of such duties
- (5) When the following matters have been notified or publicly announced in advance
- ①When the purpose of use includes provision to third parties
- ② When the items of data to be provided to third parties are specified
- ③ When the means or methods of providing to third parties are specified
- ④ When the provision of personal information to third parties can be suspended upon the request of the individual

2. Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, a third party shall not be deemed to be a third party in any of the following cases

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

1. When we receive a request for disclosure of personal information from the individual, we will promptly disclose the information to the individual. However, if any of the following applies, we may withhold the whole or part of the disclosure. In such cases, we will notify the individual promptly of the decision not to disclose.
- ① If there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party
- ② If there is a significant risk of substantially impeding the proper implementation of our business operations
- ③ If it would result in a violation of laws and regulations

2. Notwithstanding the preceding provision, we generally do not disclose information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information.
Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
- 1. BizSPOT members may request correction or deletion of their personal information held by us, if it is found to be inaccurate, by following the procedures specified by us.
- 2. If we determine that it is necessary to respond to a request from a BizSPOT member under the preceding paragraph, we will promptly correct or delete the personal information in question and notify the BizSPOT member of such action.
Article 7 (Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information)
If we are requested by the individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") the use of their personal information due to reasons such as that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use, or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, we will promptly conduct the necessary investigation and, based on the result, suspend the use of the personal information or take other necessary measures, and notify the individual of such action. If it is difficult or expensive to suspend the use of the personal information due to the nature of the request or if the individual's rights and interests can be protected by alternative measures that we determine to be reasonable, we will take such alternative measures within an economically reasonable range. However, this does not apply if we are not obligated to suspend the use of the personal information under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
Article 8 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

1. We may change this policy if we deem it necessary. However, if the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations require specific procedures for revision, we will revise this policy in accordance with such laws and regulations.

2. When we change this policy, we will notify users of the effective date and content of the revised policy through appropriate methods such as posting on our website or other suitable means.

3. If a user uses the Service after the effective date of the revised policy, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the changes in this policy.
Article 9 (Privacy of those under 18 years old)
Our service provided by our company is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The user shall represent to the Company that he/she is over 18 years old when disclosing personal information to the Company during the registration process for using the Service.
