Telework Booths (for 1 or 2 people) and meeting rooms (for 4, 6, or 8 people) are available by reservation only.
If you have a specific schedule, such as a web conference, you can be sure to get a private room.

Premium Members and Corporate Share Plan customers save money!

A reservation fee applies when booking telework booths or meeting rooms; however, premium members and corporate shared plan customers are exempt from this fee.
You can reserve a private room with just the cafe usage fee.
Premium members enjoy a free trial for the first month, so feel free to sign up and enjoy private rooms at no cost.

*(1) Each reservation can be up to 10 hours.

How to make a reservation

    BizSPOT App > My Page > Reservation My Page Or, tap “Make a reservation” on each spot's detail page.

    Tap the spot you would like to reserve. Select the date, store, and time of use.

    Tap the “Reserve” button. Confirm the details and confirm the reservation.

    Reservation confirmed. You can check the current reservation status on My Reservation page.
    *Reservation fees will be charged to the registered credit card upon confirmation of the reservation.

    Please check in at the restaurant you reserved and use the private room at the reserved time.

    Check-out. Premium members and corporate share plan customers will be settled by offsetting the reservation fee (private rooms can be used at virtually no additional charge).

Extend a reservation

    During the reservation time, tap the reservation in use on the Reservation My Page.

    Tap to extend the reservation.

    Add the extension time.
    *If there is no other reservation after the one you made, you can extend it.

    Confirm the details and confirm the extension.

Reschedule a reservation

    Tap BizSPOT App > My Page > Reservation My Page.

    Tap Modify Reservation.

    Tap to change the reservation details and confirm the reservation.
    (*Changes must be made for the same restaurant, the same seat type, and the same time of use.

Cancel a reservation

Reservation Time 30 minutes or more, in 15-minute increments.
Number of Reservations Up to 3 reservations at a time, each lasting up to 10 hours.
Reservation Acceptance Date From 2 months prior
Payment The registered credit card will be charged upon confirmation of your reservation. *No refunds will be given for cancellations or non-use.
Cancel Cancellation is free until the last moment, but the reservation fee is non-refundable. *No refunds after cancellation.
Modify Reservation Up to 2 times allowed *Changes apply to the same store, same seat, and same usage time.
Extended Usage Time During your session, you can extend your usage time on the My page. From 55 yen for 15 min. *Depending on seat type and store. *Free extension is available for Premium Members and Corporate Shared Plan customers.
Booth Reservation 1 person: 55 yen / 15 min 2 people: 66 yen / 15 min *There is no offsetting of the reservation fee. Reservation is free! *Each reservation can be up to 10 hours. *You can hold up to 3 reservations at the same time.
